Ordering
you can order products from our web site by:
- calling our showroom on (Bath) 01225 310561 where staff will guide you through the ordering process
- emailing your requirements direct to sales@tileandflooring.co.uk
- filling in the contact section on the right of every page.
We will never ask for credit card details to be emailed to us.
We will always require full payment in advance by credit card transaction, BACCS transfer or a cleared Bankers cheque.
Requesting a sample
You can request samples by emailing or phoning through your requirements to our showroom.
Unfortunately it will be necessary to charge for samples.
Delivery charges
Orders will usually incur delivery charges based on total weight of the product to be sent.
Delivery charges can be advised when the size of your order is known.
Local deliveries can be carried out by our own transport and nationally by a Carrier company.
